What is the Giveaway?
The Seymour Nissim Shweky A"H Scholarship Fund is offering 10 academic tuition scholarships for up to 4 years of High School redeemable at Yeshivat Or Hatorah.

Who can apply?

• Students who are NOT currently enrolled in Yeshivat Or Hatorah entering the 9th or 10th grade for the 2023/2024 school year

• Application must be completely filled out for consideration.

 

What are some of the academic qualifications that the Scholarship Committee is looking for when selecting applicants?

• We're giving every child entering High School or continuing high school an opportunity to apply. The committee is looking for students who take their education seriously and are looking to be challenged on a daily basis both in their Judaic and Secular studies. Effort plays a large role in the selection process. And of course behavior. Or Hatorah exemplifies Derech Eretz Kadmah LaTorah.

 

Does my financial status play into consideration?

• This is an academic based scholarship. Anyone, no matter the financial status, can apply for the scholarship.

 

When is the application deadline?

• January 31, 2023 at 11:59:59pm

 

Other Rules:

• Scholarship is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Scholarship applies to tuition base price only. Yearly fees such as but not limited to; registration fee, building fee, security fee, books fee, as well as any other fees not included in the tuition, are due in full payment at the beginning of each of the 4 school years.
